Self care return policy: Due to the sanitary nature of the soaps, Bath bombs, Lotions, Body scrubs, or Body butters we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. If your order comes damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with picture proof and your order number so we can solve the issue! If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will deny any refunds or replacements, but we will be happy to provide a replacement, Gift card or a return when appropriate. 

Cups Return policy: We do not take returns or do refunds on Cups Especially if they are custom, they are sold as is. If your order comes damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with picture proof and your order number so we can solve the issue! If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will deny any refunds or replacements, but we will be happy to provide a replacement, Gift card or a return when appropriate. 

Please be aware we are not responsible for the delay of any orders once sent out on our part. They can be delayed due to Weather, Carrier is full, holidays ETC.
